KOC has a team of geologists and engineers that their principal focus and responsibility is to review hundreds of prospects each year. This team follows a specific road map in the qualification of your prospect. Due to time restraints and the fact that many prospects do not qualify under KOC’s rigorous qualifications perimeters, it will be necessary for you to follow these procedures when submitting a prospect.

Step 2:

Include or email KOC your Executive Summary with terms.

Step 3:

Please sign and send KOC your Confidentiality Agreement.

Step 4:

Once the Confidentiality Agreement is received, then KOC will make a specific request to obtain the geology, AFE, structure maps, isopach maps, cross sections, production maps, any seismic, economics, and any other pertinent information that may prove valuable to your prospect.

Step 5:

If qualified, you will be requested to travel to Dallas for a conference with the KOC Team at the North Dallas Energy Center – the headquarters for King Operating Corporation.
